Order approval & card authorisation

Your checkout is a request to purchase, subject to confirmation that the items can be supplied. When you submit a card payment, a temporary authorisation hold may appear on your account. We capture payment only if we accept the order. If we decline or the request expires, we cancel the authorisation. Your bank controls how quickly a released hold disappears.

Postage & delivery

Australia Post retail postage is calculated before payment authorisation from the delivery postcode and the estimated packed size and weight. We currently deliver within Australia only. Delivery times are provided by Australia Post and are estimates; tracking will be supplied after dispatch. Contact us before ordering if your address needs special delivery arrangements.

Returns & consumer guarantees

Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement; other remedies apply for minor problems. We do not exclude or limit your statutory rights. Contact us with your order number and clear details of the problem so we can help. Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted, unless separately agreed.

Privacy

We collect your name, contact details, delivery address, ordered items, and payment status to process orders, approvals, postage and support. Card numbers are collected by Square's secure payment form and are not stored on this website. We share the information necessary for payments with Square, for shipping with Australia Post, and for emails with our selected email delivery provider. The store owner controls order records held in Cloudflare's database and should maintain a retention and deletion policy.
